Freescale's Technical Support suggest to me use the USB Medical Stack, it's very well documented and after make some hardware specific changes in the Card Select and Card Detect signals, I succeeded reading and writing a SD Card on my JMBadge (Rev C) from a host PC.
The documentation explain how to build new applications using the implemented classes (HID, PHDC, CDC, MSD) and even how to build new class drivers.
