Please refer chapter 2.3 of MCF5441x datasheet about MCF5441x product power consumption. For the total power consumption based on used modules, customer could use that specification to calculate the power consumption data. For example: In run mode with nominal 1.2V the core power consumption is: P=V(I)= 1.2(V) * 0.127(A)=0.15W
That depends entirely on what you have it connected to, what modules inside it you're using, which power modes it is in for how long and how you've programmed it.
