I want to develop Plugins for Adobe and XTensions for quarkxpress. Can anyone have any sample for it so that I can learn how to create Plugins or XTensions. Please help me on it, looking for a positive response from you.

I don't think the question has anything to do with ColdFire or embedded computing?

Sounds like you're asking in the wrong discussion forum. You need to find somewhere where Adobe and Quark are discussed.
