Out of the box error [udp_send()] with project ColdFire_Lite7x.mcp

Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I just bought a ColdFire MCF52233DEMO. I downloaded the basic project: ColFire_Lite7x.mcp and when I run it on the board the red led COL lights up after about 30 seconds and I get the following error in the hyperterminal : Error sending via UDP tftp_udpsend(): udp_send() error -22.

I know the board works because when I took it out of the box it was connecting to my router and I could play with the examples from my internet browser. But now I can't put the project back in the board.

Can anyone help me please?

I have an update about my problem. Now the leds SPD LNK and ACT are on, but I can't connect to the webpage and here is the hyperterminal output:

Try another pre-built reference from here: http://www.utasker.com/SW_Demos.html

Download the SREC for your board with Codewarrior and see whether it runs (try pinging, FTP, TELNET, UART) as in following tutorial: http://www.utasker.com/docs/M5223X/uTaskerV1.3-Tutorial-M5223X_003.PDF
