Mask revision on 5474

Has anybody an idea how the mask revision of the 5474 is detectable by software?

We just got some of the new 5474 with the lastest revision where a couple of erratas is fixed and assumed that the D0 content after reset would show us new values. Unfortunately it doesn't...

Is there any register which changed it's default value which we could use? Or any other idea?

For anyone interested in the answer - Freescale support just told me, that the new mask revision has a different value of the highest nibble in the JTAGID register. It's now 3 instead of 1.
