a simple question, only to be sure.
I'm going to use a MCF52252 and I read on manual that the flash memory is divided into 4Kbytes blocks.
Is this true? My doubt is that the protection register of CFM allow to secure blocks of 16Kbytes.

Yes, the FLASH granularity is 4k on the M5225x family. This is twice the size as in the M5223X types.
