This is the ColdFire Parts Forum. They are a 10 to 20 year old chip series that started as a RISC version of the MC68000 architecture.

The "LS1028AXE7KQA" is about as far removed from these parts as you can get, as it is a:

"Layerscape 64-bit Arm Cortex-A72, Dual-core, 1GHz, -40 to 105C, Security enabled, 3D GPU"

You should ask this question of your distributor or ask in the correct forum for that part, not here.

Nothing about this in the Data Sheet, is there?
