MC68360 Programming Issues

Hi,

I want to write or read back the code from MC68360 QUICC Controller. I am not sure what hardware should I use like JTAG programmer or any other equipment, what programming software is advisable to read or write the code and where code is present in Controller like what I have heard it is written in Flash EPROM.

Kindly help in this regard.
