Differences between MC68020RC16E and MC68020CRC16E, except Ambient Operating Temperature ?

I don't find any documents about these differences;

Does anybody know or have information about this ?

Please let me explain the "C" char here:

Blank -- 0°C to 70°C
C --  -40°C to 85°C
B --  -40°C to 70°C

There has no other difference between the two parts besides the operating temperature.
