ColdFire Device Errata

Hi there.

I'm using an MCF5282 microcontroller. The device errata (MCF5282DE) states : "The date code on the marking can be used to determine which errata have been corrected on a particular device ... The date code format is XXXYYWW, where YY represents the year and WW represents the work week". My problem is that on the chip I find the following code: FIQKF0816D, which is clearly different from the format described above. Can anybody help me on this?

My 5282 chips have codes like FIQEF0642D. So if you drop the FI and the D, you get 3 letters, a year (06 or 08) and a week.
