MC68040LRC40A Micro Processor

Hello,

  I have recently acquired a handful of the MC68040LRC40A cpu's.  I understand these are end of life no longer manufactured.  I am trying to get some old data sheets on these cpu's and also have a few questions.  Does anybody know where pin out information and other data can be obtained.  Does this CPU contain a Floating Point Processor or is it an Integer only unit?  Any help is appreciated!
