mpc5554evb reset error and can not download code into flash,

hi,
    because my wrong operation on mpc5554evb, i make the VDD connect to GND on the board for a little time, so the VDD pin and the GND short. after that,
the reset led always on, and i can not download code to the flash, the debugger to flash window stoped at loading programming algorithm( See attached file).
i change to other code and repower on,the problem is the same ,it always reset and can not download code to flash, can you tell me how to solve the problem? thanks you

I think you probably already suspect what the problem is: the CPU or a critical board component got fried.
