I have the problem on QorIQ for T2080 "serdes configuration when probe targget when using codewarrior tap". I try 3 cases:
Case 1: using Nand boot, run DDRv Tool. Results: probe target is ok, i run DDRv tool OK.
Case 2: using Nand boot, run serdes configuration project, when probe target -> read target fail as file attack below.
Case3: using Spi boot, run serdes configuration project. Results: the same case 2.
Software have license.
Please, support this issue, assa.
