Codewarrior license extension

I have downloaded the evaluation copy of the CodeWarrior ( EVALUATION CodeWarrior Development Suite for Networked Applications ) which I downloaded on the 7th of June. The evaluation license is for 15 days and is coming to an end today (21st June 2017) .I followed the steps given in How to extend my evaluation license file for CodeWarrior. But the license updation step as mentioned in step 8 of the link above doesn't seem to come up. Also the page states the expiration date to be 21st July but my CodeWarrior states that the license for the CodeWarrior expires today. Please suggest the next course of action that I should take in order to extend my CodeWarrior evaluation license for another 45 days.

Hello Pavankumar G,

If your evaluation license expired, but you didn't finish evaluation. Please create a case in our internal system and provide the following information.

Please provide the following information required by the license team.

1. What NXP device or product are you interested in?
2. What are your end product(s) and the application?
3. Is this a new project?
4. Are you working with our authorized Distributors or Freescale Representative?
5. Company name.

First time evaluation license can download CW for Networking here http://www.nxp.com/CW4NET

If you already did this , you must have an entitlement ID which they can check and ask to be extended. Please refer to the following about how to get the entitlement ID.

Please login http://www.nxp.com/, Click MY ACCOUNT->Software License and Support->Order History.

Please check your Order History within the Software Licensing portal , and look for the EVALUATION Catalog you need to extend. Please refer to the attachment.
