CodeWarroir（version 9.5）Flashing Failed

My MPC5121e board P/N: AVT09021401

My CodeWarrior P/N:CWX-MGT-EX Rev.H，（Hosted on Windows)

CodeWarrior USB-TAP P/N: 900-75115 Rev E, (08390631 COP)

Target initialization file: 5121ADS_init.cfg

Remote connection setting as USB-TAP's default 

flash configure load setting file: 5121ADS_NOR_flash.xml 

I can earse the whole NOR flash successful! when I flashing the flashimage.bin( be from mpc5121ads-20080528_ltib.iso ), it is report: Error: Initialization Failed.

Pls Help!

I believe this problem is caused by not using the Apply Address Offset feature of the Flash Programmer.  Enable that option and enter the value 'fc000000'.  That should resolve the problem.
