I tried on my Ubuntu 14.04 64bit, it prints message that CodeWarrior dependency will not be automatically installed, after a while when I was checking the dependency the installation go on and success.
This seems to be related with source. Attached is my sources.list.

Thank you for your answer.
The link which you mentioned did not help. Their recommendation "sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* -vf" did not solve the problem.
I unchecked the other software in the Software Updates.Please see the picture below:
Next I tried to install CodeWarrior again. However the installation was not successful. Please the log below.
Could you give more recomendation regarding CodeWarrior installation?
