why my codewarrior HCS08 5.1 create a new project will close the codewarrior window?

why my codewarrior HCS08 5.1  create a new project or click open project button ,will close the codewarrior window?but no this problem on my notebook .

I think the codewarrior if ready to using "open folder" or "create file or folder" window ,this problem will appear.

my computer operating system is Windows XP SP2.

High KingZhang,

there has been a reported incompatibility with MS Office 2007 with these symptoms in this forum.
