"An internal error occurred during: "Setting up indexer". (CW 10.6)

I get the following error at startup (CW 10.6): "An internal error occurred during: "Setting up indexer". As a result the indexer isn't functioning. Can any provide assistance on resolving this?

Hi,

first I suggest you remove .metadata folder in your current workspace or create a new workspace to check if it can fix the problem.

If the problem still exists, please refer Erich's article.

if still can not fix the problem, please use the latest CW10.7 which fixes many bugs of 10.6.
