Where can I get the technical notes?

Where can I download the technical notes? I'm using the Codewarrior for hcs12, and the manual list some technical notes number such as TN238, TN240. But I can't find them. Where can I get them. Thanks!

I had quite a time trying to find the technical notes until I came upon this thread.  Tried googling and a search on freescale for the specific Technical note (tn100)...but nothing came up.   A bit frustrating...I think someone should fix that somewhere.

When you installed CW there should have been an option to include them. Otherwise they can be found in pdf format on the CW cd.

You can download the Technical Notes from the Web as follows:

  - Go to http://www.freescale.com/codeWarrior

  - Click on the link "HC(S)08/RS08 Microcontrollers"

  - Click on the tab "Documentation"

  - Click on the link "816TNSP"

You should then get the .zip file containing the technical notes.
