Regarding OSBDM debugger interface with code warrior

Hi all,

I am using the MM9z1J638 sensor with OSBDM debugger. but I am unable to connect with target through OSBDM interface.

It seems need to install some driver for this.but i can't get the driver from freescale site.Please give some suggestion to slove this problem

OSBDM is working fine. the problem due to my evaluation board only. I check with another evalution board, its working fine.
