RAM & FLASH Configurations in Kinetis

Hi,

i've seen two types of configurations for my project - RAM & FLASH.

I want to know

**What are the signifies?

*Which one if to be used & for what purpose?

Hi,

You can find some information to the link:

    RAM Target with Kinetis Design Studio and FRDM-K64F | MCU on Eclipse

RAM is using RAM memory whereas the FLASH is using FLASH memory too.

You can see the lcf file used is not the same.
