How do I perform boundary scan using CodeWarrior TAP for MPC5200?

Does it have a fix programming code for it?

Which codewarrior software should I install in order to perform boundary scan?

Hello Evan

We do not have recommendation for using boundary scan JTAG mode for final testing of hardware.

You can find the BSDL file from:

http://www.bsdl.info/list.htm?m=15

The BSDL file for MPC5200 is on page 4.
