Hello!
For two weeks now I have tried to program flash memory with JTAG using codewarrior USB Tap programmer, for that I am using Freescale IDE 8.8v and it supports my target device mpc8313.
I choose target initialaztion file 8313MDS_CS0_NAND_init
and for flash configuration I have set S29GL01GP 64Mx16x2
Memory buffer address is 0x00000000 with size 0x00006000
Whatever I try I get initialaztion failed message.
Could somebody give me ideas what to try or what could be wrong?
