CodeWarrior for mcu v11 has encountered a problem

When I am downloading program, a error dialog box occurred, it says "Problem Occurred " the detailed contents shows in the picture attached below. 

I am using SPC5674F series, 416 pins, and the board is designed by myself.

Hello,

first of all, please check, if you have correctly set path to elf file in debug settings.

Could you please expand Details in error window and post here the screen?
