I can't find the link to upgrade the license of CW 5.1 SE to use 16K of Code.
Can anyone help me with this?

Not sure I understand what you are looking for here.

CodeWarrior for HC08 V5.1 comes per default with a special edition allowing you to build up to 16K of C source code.

So there is no need to register for a special edition.

Did you try to build/debug with CW HC08 V5.1? What is happening?

Have you tried the following in the CodeWarrior IDE: Help | Register Product?
