changed new computer why these problem..(win7 32bit)
you suggest TWO reason, from added screenshoot.
so i added more screenshot- recognized dongle driver.
and i have 5 dongles, i already test another dongle but it also same.
what is next step? i really want to solve this problem.
You need have to contact license support to check your license.
Because it involves your private asset, it can not be shared in public.

From your screenshot, your CW can't recognize license
The possible reasons may be:
1. your license.dat file is valid or corrupt.
2. Your CW doesn't have ability to correctly recognize a dongle license.
Thus I suggest you contact NXP license support to request a CW8.0 temporary to test if your CW can recognize license normally by:

please also make sure your dongle license itself is correct.
