While experimenting with the freescale bootloader I have apparently secured the device. I am unable to download new firmware using the flash programmer. I am wondering if there is a setting in the flash programmer that will override the security lock?

Hi Martin,

if your HCS08 device is secured, the only method to unsecure it is mass erase.

please perform mass erase before launch debugger.
