Can I have both codewarrior 10.6 and codewarrior 10.4 installed on the same computer? I have an old project that was done with 10.4 and I have the need to help on a project that was started with 10.6.

yes. I'm using that all the time.
I recommend that for each IDE/CW you have its own workspace, e.g.
- wsp_10.6
- wsp_10.4
so you keep the IDE settings/etc separate. Mixing workspaces with different Eclipse versions is a bad thing.
