codewarrior 10.4.0 Flash programmer

Hello,

   i use mpc8309, codewarrior version 10.4.0,i download uboot to nandflash(MT29F4G08ABADA),codewarrior error as follow:

but i find codewarrior contains  MT29F4G08ABADA-eLBC.xml、MT29FxG08-eLBC.elf、MT29FxG08-eLBCUtility.elf,i don't know whether flash algorithm file have problem,or others ? or codewarrior don't support MT29F4G08ABADA.

could you tell me some helps.

Hello Yang Wei,

Please test DDR memory first with CodeWarrior.

Please check CodeWarrior initialization file, you need to configure eLBC OR and BR registers according to your target board, please refer to MPC8309 reference manual for detailed description for these registers.
