ccs protocol plugin:reading memory failed.[cannot start SAP transaction]

In one of the PCB,i have used MPC8572 power pc.

Design is finalized and card is in production.

out of 16 no assembled cards,one card is having the above mentioned issue.

Writing is successful but reading memory failed.

Please suggest me how to troubleshoot this problem.

It seems that there is problem in DDRC INITIALIZATION section in CodeWarrior initialization file.

Do you use DDR2 on your target board?

Please refer to the attached tool to calculate DDR controller register configuration parameters.
