P2020을 사용하고 있습니다.

제작된 보드를 가지고 CodeWarrior Tap을 이용하여 접속을 시도하였으나 지속적으로 문제가 발생합니다.

동일한 보드에 P1020으로 대체한 후 SYSCLK=66.66M를 적용하여 CodeWarrior Tap을 이용하여

접속을 시도하면 아무 문제없이 잘 접속이 됩니다.

이 과정에서 P2020 및 P1020의 ASLEEP핀을 유심히 확인한 결과 최초 보드에 전원을 인가하여 전원 리셋이 된 상태에서

P1020의 경우 ASLEEP에 연결된 LED가 소등됨을 확인하였으나 P2020의 경우 항상 점등된 상태를 유지하고 있습니다.

CodeWarrior Tap을 이용하여 connection수행시 P1020의 경우 리셋동안 LED가 점등되고 리셋이 완료된 후 소등됩니다.

해당 사항은 Evaluation Board와 동일합니다.

그러가, 문제의 P2020은 항상 점등된 상태를 유지하고 있습니다.

ASLEEP핀이 정상 동작하지 않는다는 얘기는 프로세서가 SLEEP모드에서 깨어나지 않는다고 생각되는데 맞는지요?

해당 사항은 왜 발생하는지 궁금합니다.

Our support is based on English. According to some key word your target is P2020/P1020, it seems you have connection problem.

Suggest you to check if your TAP working normal, driver installed well, launch configuration setting appropriately, board has correct RCW...

Dear

We solved ASLEEP issue.

We don’t use SD part, therefore Pin AG15 & AF15 pulled down.

Above schematic shows how to solve our ASLEEP issue.

Here is another issue.

We are using DDR3L(1.36V).

U-boot is normal but, VxWorks don’t boot.

Please give me check point of H/W and S/W ?
