Windows 10 -codewarrier v 9.2 Not working.

I 'm trying to erase a chip using codewarrier usb tap with Codewarrier version 9.2 mobileGT. It is not working - shows an error "please check Jtag CLK speed" . 

Is this an issue with windows 10 how can this be solved?

There are reports of issues with codewarrier in windows 10. It seems to work fine with XP or 7.

The device I am using is S29GL128P. Is there any other version that will support this?

See the AN4338 about using USB TAP under Windows 7.

Try to use this Application Note for under Windows 10.

Use CodeWarrior TAP under Windows 10.
