you need install CW5.1 for hcs12 G64 service pack. attached document is for where to download it.

WIN8系统下，安装BDM驱动后，下载时出现问题， 无法检测到BDM,  安装驱动时提示试图安装出现问题，第三方INF不包含数字签名信息。 下载时提示 Failed to connect to target ; Reason: USBDM device in not open
