I have a problem in the installacion de codewarrior 10.6

Hi, I have a problem in the installation of codewarrior  10.6, you can not install a driver and I get error code 0x80000000 . finishes installing

but processor expert  not working properly. I install it in an environment of win 8.1 in a notebook .

What could be the problem ?

If Eclipse CodeWarrior usage on Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8, Administrator rights are required to install CodeWarrior, since the installer copies files into the System folder.

Your project workspace needs to be setup in any folder that you can fully access.
