How to convert XET256 banked S19 to linear by SRecCvt in command line mode?

I try some command like this:

sreccvt -b 16 0xE0 -o LinearOutFile.S19 Project.abs.s19

there is an error code 23:

SRecCvt v1.0.29

Converting S-Record File: Project.abs.s19

S2247F7F00FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFC545C545C545C545C545C545C545C5459D

Error:(23) Invalid Bank Load Address

What should I do?
