Help with MPC562MZP56

Hey guys, 

I am looking to use codewarrior to compile some asm script for my MPC562MZP56. 

I will pay for information on how I can convert asm code into binary/hex so I can implement the code into one of my software projects. 

I can do this by hand it just takes forever and would love the ability to write a decent amount of code in a shorter period of time. 

Any and all help would be much appreciated.
