Hi Al Gab,
- Could you please check the project windows properties? please make sure it is NOT read-only.
- Please make sure you have windows admin right.
Besides, please try this to see if this can fix the issue.
- remove "FLASH" folder under your project.
- create a NEW workspace and test your project in your new workspace.
