yes, Codewarrior eclipse ide v10.6 can  support MC9RS08LA8  and PE micro usb multilink interface.

please use the latest CW10.6.4 from this url:

i already have a source code developed on codewarrior v6.3. how can i import to codewarrior v10.6?

please refer this document for porting a Classic CodeWarrior Project into eclipse Codewarrior

the document is exampled with CW10.4 but the porting method is the same for porting to CW10.6.4

The simplest way is to create a new project in v10.6, and then copy your source files over.
