CodeWarrior DEMOJM compatibility W7

Hello, I have a problem, I own a DEMOJM board with the MCF51JM128 microcontroller. I used to work with Codewarrior 6.1 IDE version 5.0.9 because this was the softare included in a CD-ROM, running by Windows Vista 32-bit.

Now, I have to use the board now to develop an important project, but I have a new computer with Windows 7 64-bit. I tried to install the software included in my CD-ROM but a message appears telling Codewarrior is not compatible.

There is some way to work with DEMOJM board under windows 7? Please help.
