Client open CW2.10 IDE error

Our company  have purchased CW Perpetual-Floating version and received the U disk. then i setup the environment following the spec "FLOATING LICENSE
INSTALLATION FOR WINDOWS".

when i try to open CW2.10 from client, it report error "no valid license key was found", more information please refer to attachment. Who can help to setup this?

Client can use the server license file now, but if the network is not ok, client will stop working immediately. Is that normal?

yes,it's normal. if using floating license we must make sure local network well.

HI leolv ,.

The error message means your CW doesn't find correct license on server.

First ping server from client, make sure network  ok. 

then change license file

FROM: this_host
TO: Your license server's host IP address, or your license server's host name

make sure the license.dat file is installed under both server FlexIM folder and client CW install folder.

Restart computer after everything set up.

If still has problem, create a private case to NXP license support team, with you license file. As it is related with personal asset, we can't post ti to public comunity.
