Chip reported error during erase

i just try to erase my project and a faced by a Error of erase failed

I am not sure but I thinks it is something related to the ram problem

dose anybody know how could I should solve the problem?

Can you please specify which board are you using? Is it a Freescale EVB? Are you targeting internal Flash memory?

Could you possibly post your Flash Programmer Target Configuration dialog screenshot and Console Log?

Which configuration file (.cfg) do you use to initalize your board?

it is designed by one of our teammate

we are not using the EVB

I've successfully tested erase and blank check of the internal flash of MPC566EVB.

see my target configuration screenshot:

It uses internal SRAM buffer. so it should work without the External SRAM on your board.

At which address the blank check fails? perhaps the number Flash programing cycles (at 0x8000) has been reached, so you are unable to reprogram it..

Can you possibly try to create an empty bareboard project for MPC555 build it and try to flash it?

I use CW8.7 and

The error occur when I tried to do programming by using flash programming

In this case I have some problems

1^st in the case of blank check I faced by error:

Fail reading mismatch address

And then connection failed

2^nd in the case of program and verify when we do verify it said:

Data Mismatch at address: 0x00008000 Expected: 0x48 Actual: 0x00 

i guess it is maybe is related to the ram addressing or something which is related to
