CW10.3: if you right click on any variable or function: the menu items "Open Declaration", "References", "Declarations" don't work

I'm using CW10.3 and the project compilation and linking is OK.

But if you right click on any variable or function in the editor: the menu items "Open Declaration", "References", "Declarations" don't work in this particular project. Are there any settings that influence this?

I have another project where this works well, while using the same CW10.3.
