CW 6.3 code editor cannot "Find" using Ctrl+F

When CTRL+F (or menu|Find) is used then CW looses focus and the find box does not open.

Esc is needed to bring focus back to CW.

This has always worked perfectly, until now.

What might have happened?

The CW settings are the same as yours.

However, I found the problem, and the explanation is simple.

The Find window was off screen,

and could be repositioned using Alt+Space and M, followed by the cursor keys to move it back on screen.
