Freescale does not provide CodeWarrior tools for ARM i.mx31.

If you are looking for development tools for this CPU, check our product web page:

Click on the "Design Tools" tab and you will see a list of compiler/debugger provider.

Also ARM may have something available. So You can also check directly with ARM which tools they have available and whether it supports i.MX31.

your best bet would probably be the GNU tools.
you may want to check on the community forums.
Those tools can probably be integrated into eclipse IDE too...
