I'm not familiar with Eclipse and CW10 indeed (not yet), is there any auto versioning plugins for eclipse (or CW10)?

I am not sure what you are looking for?

Are you looking for plug ins to integrate Version Control software in CodeWarrior V10.x?

You can find plug-ins to extend CodeWarrior framework on
  www.eclipseplugincentral.com
Just make sure the plug ins are compatible with the Eclipse version number.

To check Eclipse version number:

    - Select Help > About CodeWarrior development Studio

    - In the About CodeWarrior Development Studio dialog click on the icon which has tool tip starting with  Eclipse.org.

    - Check the version number for the feature Eclipse Platform there. If it starts with 3.4 you can take any plug ins

       compatible with Eclipse V3.4.
