Used pin 47(TMS) for timer output now I cannot reprogram processor

I have used pin 47(TMS) for timer output, now I cannot reprogram processor.  Is there a way to erase program and start over.

Do you have the serial port hooked up.. The DSP has an internal serial  bootloader that works at 115200 N81 Xon/Xoff.  Just use hyperterminal and download the .S  after the Splash screen apears.
