Help?! Link Error FArchIO & others using PE/CW/56F805

Hi,

I'm using Processor Expert & Codewarrior 7.3 for the DSP56F805EVM board and am getting linker errors from arch.c for the following 'undefined' vars:

FArchIO
F_Pbss_length
F_Pbss_start_addr
F_Pdata_ROMtoRAM_length
F_Pdata_start_addr_in_RAM
F_Pdata_start_addr_in_ROM
F_Xdata_ROMtoRAM_length
F_Xdata_start_addr_in_RAM
F_Xdata_start_addr_in_ROM
FconfigFinalize
FconfigInitialize
FmemCopyPtoP
FmemCopyPtoX

FmemMemsetP

Does anyone know where there are supposed to be & why they would not be there? Surely ProcessorExpert should manage all that!?

I have not reproduced such behaviour. We need more information to reproduced the problem. Could you please provide us a project demonstrating this problem or provide us a step by step process to reproduce this problem?

Is the linker file generated by Processor Expert or you are using your own .cmd file?  Did you do some modification in compiler or linker settings?

Thanks for the response, but I've given up on the Processor Expert - it just seems more hassle that it's worth.
