Hi,     I would like to send you my problem with erasing of Flash memory MCU. 1. I erased memory and communication with MCU was shuting down during erasing. 2. When I did erasing again I was get the message: Sorry for my english. Thank you very much for your answers. Petr

Problem is resolved. The pins 15-16 was interconnected.MCU is OK. MCU was erased and programmed.

Aside from the shutting down, this is normal.

What happens after you click Yes?

When I press Yes, the programming algorithm was only reloaded. The MCU Flash memory wasn't erasing.

Do a Upload Module and what do you get? Just a one line s19 file or a very big one?

I'm going to answer afternoon when I will arrive from work. I'm going to send printscreens during erasing and programming. I have the other MCU and this MCU is OK for the same program modul.
