SPI data storage for sensors

I am looking for design examples using the MC9S08  to  store data from sensors in external serial SPI Flash or EEprom. I also need referrals to consultants who could adapt the code to store data in 64K serial SRAM for the MC9S08 /Serial SRAM demo board we are designing

I couldn't help noticing that your area code is Minneapolis/St. Paul - which is where I'm at.  What you're asking sounds simple enough.  Feel free to send me a message with more details.  Which microcontroller, Flash and SRAM chips are you using?  Is the code written in assembler or C?
