S08PA - if it possible to flash the device via HEX file

Hi Team,

My customer is planning to build a probe to the mass production line and they need to have an Intel HEX format (*.hex).

Does mc9s08pa support programming via *.hex, if yes, how I can convent the *.s19 into *.hex?
